Seam Bowling Masterclass with Jack Brooks. Jack is a recently retired county cricketer. ​​​​Jack took over 650 professional wickets across all three formats of the game and has many years of experience coaching players at different levels and ages, including within the professional women's game. As well as county cricket Jack has played for the England Lions and won three T20 Blast titles.

Learn how to bowl seam like a pro with top tips and insights. The session will cover the technical, tactical and mental aspects of seam bowling across the various formats of the game.

Numbers are limited to 16 players to ensure a coach ratio of 1 to 4 players. Due to the specialist nature of this course - it is aimed at experienced cricketers (of any age) rather than beginners.
